Failed to process order in timely manner

I ordered product on 7/29/ 21. The order confirmation said they would email me when the order is "ready". It is 15 days later (8/13). I have received no email, tracking info or package. They do not answer the phone. My PayPal activity still shows this payment is pending. PayPal will not let me even cancel the order until I have waited 30 days. I am almost completely out of the stuff I ordered. I will order from a more reliable company. Yet, due to PayPal policy and this company's policies, they will reserve the right to charge me for something I will no longer need, as long as they send it within another 15 days. They CLAIM they process orders in 1-5 business days. That is fraudulent advertising. They have had 12 business days to get around to either send the order or let me know what's happening.

They sent me the wrong product, then offered no solutions to their mistake. After much time wasted trying to work this out with them, they failed to reship or to refund my money for the returned product until I put it through the Paypal resolution center. Without Paypal to back me up, I"m sure they wouldn't have done a thing. This is clearly a scam so DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

They claimed the USPS lost my package. But if you look here and on their Facebook page they now have a track record for this behavior. It looks like they create USPS shipping labels but then never give the carrier any package to ship. They didn't reply to any of my emails and they never answered their phone. Luckily I used Paypal and I submitted a dispute through their resolution service. After doing that I got a refund and response from this guy. They seem shady as *** criminal in my opinion. Do not send them money, good chance you won't get what you purchased and you'll be lucky to get a refund. The Texas SOS office should shut this guy down.

Took my money and sent me nothing!

I made an order from vitaminsemporium.com. They sent me the wrong product. Their website says that if they send the wrong product they will replace it and refund shipping. I contacted their customer service, and they said to mail the incorrect product back, and they would send the correct one. I returned the product (at my own expense) and have received nothing. I have emailed 3 times since and gotten NO response. None whatsoever. Blank, zero, zip, nada. I have spent over $40 on product and shipping and gotten nothing! The worst is the complete lack of communication. What is going on here?! There can be reasons/excuses for lots of mistakes, but to simply not answer an email is inexcusable.

Vitamins Emporium - Stay Away!

Vitamins Emporium or http://vitaminsemporium.com, I ordered 3 items via PayPal 7 days ago and as of this post my order shows as pending in my PayPal account. Which means they have not shipped or accepted my money. The money is ready and available for the taking, so what is the hold up? I called their customer service number and the guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his rusty pickup truck on his way to a rodeo. The line of bs I got from this guy was on par with his accent. He made no sense as he spoke so gibberish I could barely understand him with his thick southern accent. Told me they never accept funds until the customer's item ships. Who does that? It states on their website, Orders are shipped in 4 business days maximum. It's been 7 days for me, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. Stay far away from this online company as they will more than likely do this to you too.

So they didn't charge you and didn't ship either...How exactly where you harmed?

All ecommerce companies are not allowed by the credit card processors to charge you until they ship the product.
